Department of State OSDBU: WOSB, HUBZ, & SDVOSB Networking Event
On Wednesday @ Thursday, August 28th & 29th, 2013, the Department of State-Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) will host their Small Business Network Session focusing on Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), HubZone Small Businesses (HUBZ), and Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The training will be held at the Harry S Truman building locate din Washington, D.C. also known as "Main State" in the George C. Marshall Conference Center. This outreach will provide the opportunity for these small businesses to market their capabilities directly to Department of State Program Officials & Large Businesses and learn of potential procurement opportunties for each program office & large business. Program officials & large businesses will also learn maore about the diverse small busiensses resourses available to meet thier procurement needs.
Each day will comprise of two sessions (8-12 & 1-4:30).
Day 1: Session 1: WOSB 8-12
Session 2: HUBZ 1-4:30
Day 2: Session 1: SDVOSB 8-12
Session 2: SDVOSB 1-4:30

The DOS-OSDBU reserves the right to conduct random verification checks to ensure attendees are attending the correct session per their socio-economic category. In the event the company has selected a session not in their category, the OSDBU will select the proper session. Each session is at a maximum of 250 registrants and cannot be substituted.
